Interim Director

Metroland Cultures is looking for an Interim Director to lead the organisation from the beginning of September 2023 to the end of January 2024, as sabbatical cover. This is during the ‘autumn phase’ of the organisation’s year, which will mostly be covering evaluation and planning.

The team is experienced and self-sufficient but we want to ensure the organisation has an effective leader for those 5 months.

The qualities we need are strong people management skills, and experience of running a charity. The main ‘project’, alongside all the usual CEO duties, will be getting an ACE
bid submitted with our bid writer.

Further Details

The fee for this is £25k + VAT and the role is 5 days a week. The team work 3- 4 days a week depending on the role. The team all work from the office in Kilburn 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday). Some evening work will be required.
