Join us on Saturday 29th of June to meet our resident artists, and get a rare insight into their studios!
Our resident Metroland Studios Artists will be opening their doors and allowing visitors to have a look at their workspaces and learn about their artistic practices. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the incredible artists and organisations that have their homes here at Metroland.
Visitors will also be able to take part in workshops throughout the day led by studio artists, helping us raise money to support communities in Palestine and Sudan.

Metroland Studios Artists who will be present on the day include:

All of our 27 artist studios will be open for the public to observe and explore!
Workshops and Activities
During the day many Studio Artists will hold workshops and activities for guests to participate in. Some of the offerings that guests will be able to take part in include:
Badge-making workshop run by Heiba Lamara, co-founder of Rabbits Road Press.
Fort building workshop for children, led by Tom James.
Film screenings held by Other Cinemas.
Hectograph print-making with Francesca Telling.
Textile workshops from ESEA Unseen
Live DJs from K2K radio
Palestine and Sudan Bake Sale
We will announce more details about workshops and activities as we get closer to the day so keep your eyes on our instagram and facebook for updates!
Fundraiser
All funds raised from this Open Studios Fundraiser will go to charities providing relief for communities in Palestine and Sudan. The charities that we are supporting with this fundraiser are Medical Aid for Palestinians, SUNBIRDS AID, and Islamic Relief Sudan Emergency Appeal.
