GUIDANCE FOR VISITING METROLAND STUDIO

We are very pleased to welcome you to the Studio for events, you will find us in Kilburn Square, located behind Kilburn Market.

We do not have viewing slots for events, however you will be required to show evidence of a negative lateral flow test within the preceding 24 hours before an event. This can take the form of either a confirmation of a negative test result via text or email, or a photograph / screenshot of your negative lateral flow test showing you've reported your result to the NHS. We will also need to take your name and contact information. In addition, all visitors will be asked to confirm that they do not have symptoms prior to access and that they do not have a fever, a new continuous cough or a loss of taste or smell or change in taste or smell

For the safety and comfort of our visitors and staff, to ensure we are accessible to the most vulnerable we encourage:

  • Wearing a face covering in all indoor areas apart from when you are drinking or eating (unless exempt)
  • Social distancing where possible.
  • Cleaning your hands regularly using sanitiser throughout the building
  • Following instructions given by a member of staff or our hosts
  • Please do not visit us if you are feeling unwell.

While government guidelines on social distancing have been relaxed, we appreciate that everyone has their own personal preferences about distancing indoors. Please be aware of the people you are sharing the space with and bear in mind that some visitors may have a condition that isn’t necessarily visible, or live with someone who is vulnerable.
