CLOSED: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS 2024 RESIDENCY FOR CURATORS FROM AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND

Applications are CLOSED for a 12 week residency in London from 2 April – 23 June 2024. This residency is aimed at an emerging / mid-career curator interested in testing and developing new approaches to a collaborative practice, bridging artists and communities.

The residency offers opportunities to gain training, skills and experience, while embedded in the curatorial workings of Metroland Cultures for 2-3 days/week and through private research for the rest of the week.

The residency will provide unique professional development opportunities related to exhibition organisation, project management, artist liaison support, research and public programming.

The successful applicant will pursue their own research through a bespoke programme delivered by Delfina Foundation. This is part of their ‘open’ Spring 2023 residency season. This programme will include guided visits to museums, galleries, non-profits, artist-run spaces and studios.

The fully funded residency includes return travel to London, accommodation at Delfina Foundation, and living costs.

Applications close at 9am on Thursday 14th of December NZ time.

To learn more and apply for this opportunity head to the Delfina Foundation website.
